Since I’ve been training at King Strength I’ve noticed a big difference in my energy levels and I’m not as tired as I used to be. I’m learning how to change my eating habits to help see the results I want. I feel stronger but I’m really looking forward to seeing the difference with better eating habits. I think everybody strength train, even women! King Strength is teaching me how to lift and still keep my curves. I don’t have any complaints!

DJ was very patient, helpful and provided lots of key tips and pointers. He also did a great job explaining why the workout was beneficial & what areas it focused on. He motivated me to keep pushing past my own expectations & limits. He is unmatched! Thanks a lot!
